helpful staff lovely room available parking many stairs broken lift slow breakfast
the staff was helpful. they carried my suitcase upstairs without me asking. the room i stayed in was lovely (i really liked it!). there was parking available near the hotel.
there were lots of stairs. there was no working lift. breakfast was slow. i had to wait a while for my food.

i found the room quite nice. the staff helped carry my heavy suitcase to my room (i really appreciated that).
I thought the stairs were a little difficult to navigate. It would be nice to have a working lift.

central location helpful staff decent breakfast good value
the location was very central. it made it easy to walk to attractions. the staff held my bag after checkout. i found a carpark out the back of the hotel. breakfast tasted good and was a decent value.
i noticed slight scrapes on the bathroom wall. the decor seemed a little outdated. i could also hear people walking upstairs in the mornings.

pleasant stay and superb breakfast

helpful staff quiet room comfortable bed cooked breakfast
the check-in staff were wonderful. they stored our luggage until our room was ready and also helped carry it upstairs. the room proved quiet and the bed comfortable. breakfast was ordered the night before and freshly cooked upon arrival in the dining area, i found that great.
it was a little hard to find initially.

a very good stay

comfy bed excellent location warm room
the room was clean and it had tea, coffee, biscuits, also iron and board were present. beds were comfy and the room was very warm, i think we had everything we needed here. the location was excellent and it was easy to walk around to attractions.
the decor is a little outdated and there was some scrapes on the wall. i noticed some mould residue in the corners in the bathroom and the bath plug was hard to get out. breakfast was a little weak the first mornings.
